Acoustic Enclosures

Industrial noise levels from blower packages can now be significantly reduced. We design our own high-efficiency acoustic enclosures with acoustic foam. This is a high-quality composite material which absorbs noise and prevents it from reflecting out of the enclosure. Noise reductions range from 20-40 dba. As well, a ¼ inch foam decoupler layer is added, which enhances the performance of the barrier layer. It’s essential in the design stage to leave as few openings into the enclosure as possible and to seal all gaps.

All this functions to contain sound, and minimize structure-borne vibrations, and offers the following extra advantages:
